Easy , quick and tasty . I used chicken BTB (no wine) with a splash of Worcestershire sauce, used olive oil instead of butter. Added ~1tbsp of tomato paste while sautéing sausages. And a good splash of lemon and fresh parsley once everything was cooked. Also, used more garlic than the recipe calls for.
