I used self rising flour because I didn't have all purpose. Also, I added cinnamon because I LOVE it! I only have a 6 count muffin pan and doubled the recipe since my blueberries were going bad, and I needed to use them. I used all the mix and they are large but tasty.
Could use a bit more sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, or something for a little more sweetness.
