I have made this recipe many times now and it’s always a crowd pleaser. I replace the butter with ghee. I also cut up lots of vegetables (whatever I have on hand) and put them below the chick en in my roasting pan. I just sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and the chicken juices makes them taste amazing!
