Looked and smelt good but disappointingly bland. Ended up covering it in sciracha and mayo to make it edible. Gravy would've worked too. Marinaded it for ages and followed the recipe adding way more spices etc but didn't come through sadly. Would try again maybe with double cream or some sort of sauce.
