I just added more celery and put it in with the onion (sweet and a whole onion), 2 cups of carrots, added a cup more of sharp cheddar, 2 cups of broccoli and a dash of nutmeg! Salt and pepper to taste. YUMMY! Wish I had the sour dough bowl!
