I don't make bread often, and since I was making this while juggling dinner too, I just decided to forgo the 4 in the pan and make one big loaf - was really unsure of the results... But wow! It did not disappoint! Magnificent rise, great bake and just right in the middle. Even got my mom, who has sworn off bread, to devour a slice or two. Will (and have since... ) make again.
