It was alright. We diced the onions to put them on the bottom since my family is not a big fan of them. I found it edible, but it seems to be missing something. I used all the seasonings and olive oil they called for, but the only flavor to come through was the marinara and the tomatoes. The zucchini, yellow squash, and eggplant was just there, but had no extra flavors. It was easy to make, but in the future I might trying to add another vegetable to give it more flavor.
