You mean condensed milk. It would take out the sweetness but you could try almond milk and some brown sugar

I saved this and plan on making it this week. I feel subbing out the sweetened condensed milk would not only omit the sweetness but change the consistency as well since it’s very thick. Perhaps a creamy version of almond or oat milk would work, and maybe some maple syrup for sweetness? Just a thought.
