Did it turn out ok?

I liked it! My kids weren't a fan....but they never are 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was a bit chewier....which I really liked, as unlike other recipes I've found, they didn't crumble apart. I probably could have used more apple, or maple syrup for flavour.
