Queen of easy approved! Beef comes out super tender and yields leftovers for days. I chose this recipe for the relatively limited number of ingredients, but it is easily augmented according to your tastes. I made the following changes with my version: sub 4 oz diced medium chiles (extra heat!), sub 2 tbsp "squeeze" garlic, and 1 tsp paprika. I cooked the beef in my slow cooker with NO foil and a little extra water (about 4 oz), but I will probably decrease that next time.
