Love this recipe - so easy! I did 500grams steak and 500ml stock, and by the time it had cooked for the noted time I didn’t need to add the cornflour. It wasn’t overly saucey but was delicious! I added a heavy sprinkle of ground pepper. Topped the pies with cheese and some with jalepenos. Made the pies in a muffin tin with quarter piece of puff pastry and folded the corners over. No wastage of pastry no messing around with different types of pastry or cutting shapes. So easy! Makes smallish pies that are perfect for mid morning or afternoon snack.
