Omg these are SO GOOD! They raised beautifully in the oven and taste delicious. I used peanut butter instead of almond butter, and a bit more pumpkin puree that the recipe calls for (300 g rather than 250 g). I will certainly make it again! Note: definitely do put it in the fridge overnight before cutting it, it crumbles otherwise. It is dense and moist, like fudge. I advice cutting it into mini brownies so that the portions are not too heavy.
