Veganized this. Boiled chickpea pasta for 7 minutes, broccoli for 5. Sauteed onion and garlic, then tossed in a sauce of soy milk, nutritional yeast, paprika, salt, and pepper, added a little pasta water. Threw into the sauce pan the drained pasta and broccoli with a cup of frozen peas. Stirred it all up and ate. Quite good, but I made so many changes it's barely fair.
