Delicious soft crumb and crust with strong caraway flavor. The dough was far too hydrated for my KitchenAid mixer to deal with so I added a bunch of flour (1/4 cup?) and eventually kneaded by hand. The crust came out lighter than I would have liked despite using convection, so next time I'll bake it at a higher temperature. Still, a really excellent loaf of bread.
