Very good cocktail sauce. I try to avoid buying things that have a limited/single-use (like cocktail sauce) because I barely make a dent in them before they expire. This recipe is great because it uses basic ingredients that I already have.
It's also great being able to customize it to your liking. Change the amount of horseradish and/or hot sauce if you want to change the heat. Add a bit more lemon juice to increase acidity if the ketchup is making it too sweet. And so on.
