This buttercream was amazing! So buttery and delicious. I didn’t realize I was running low on sugar before starting, so I could only put in 3 1/4c instead of four and a half, but I cut the milk down to 2 tablespoons (I know the math there is wrong) and it came out really well. I also opted for the 1/8 teaspoon of salt to cut the sweetness. Very soft and silky with a strong butter flavor. It was great!
