I didn't have any cheese in hand today except Kraft "Parmesan". So I made a bechamel and added a little Kraft "Parmesan" to it. It tasted fantastic! 😍 And to boost protein , I added shredded homemade seitan.
Also, to speed up the baking (and because I was only making 2 zucchinis), I set to broil and preheated my air fryer for a few minutes while I stuffed my zucchinis. Broiled in ir fryer for less than 20 minutes (had to keep an eye on it after 15th minutes).
