← Replies in Oven Roasted Tomato Sauce Recipe

I blended for a smoother sauce than mashing would allow. Also added a sprig of thyme with the oregano and basil and a dash of crushed red pepper with the salt. Can't think of a better way to use all my garden tomatoes and herbs!
