I added green onion and cilantro to the cabbage, and served on jasmine rice to keep the whole dish lighter tasting. Too cold to grill so I did 1.3lbs of salmon for 14 min at 400F. Might drop to 12, but wasn't dry or anything, just more than I prefer. Black garlic dressing was tasty. Topped with umeboshi for extra tastiness.
