I added a 1/2 teaspoon of parsley and same of coriander. For crumbs I did gluten free panko. I skipped zucchini which I didn't have and added a cup of finely shredded Mozzarella. Rest of recipe in tact. Superb!!
I can't do peppers of any sort, so the Grape jelly w/ Chili sauce I had seen was a NO. A nice dipping sauce was Walnut oil, ginger liquid, a berry jam, honey, Bragg's Aminos, and constarch served on the side.
