definitely going to be in my weekly routine! so easy, the only difficult part is waiting! crispy on the outside and so soft and pillowy on the inside.l with beautiful air pockets everywhere. perfect for my favorite sandwich! only thing to note (and maybe it's down to my sheet size) but it's not the thick foccacia you can cut in half. makes a great open sandwich though! seriously love this.
