Super tasty, make sure to mix the drizzle icing properly straight before pouring it over, as when I did it the sugar was at the bottom so I didn't get proper icing. Apply the drizzle asap because if it's not warm, the icing won't harden and it'll just be wet.
It's a bit bland however, and quite crumbly. I like to add more lemon drizzle. It's also nice to leave in for longer to achieve a crispy top.
Still delicious though! My mum loves it. I enjoy baking for her.
