This was a surprisingly good recipe, and I would definitely make it again. A couple of notes: Use your favorite seasoned salt vs regular salt and be sure to use unsalted butter so you can flavor the sauce to your liking vs it being too salty or too bland. Next time I make it, I might double the alfredo recipe because I love creamy dishes, however, the recipe truly is enough sauce if you like moist casseroles. Lastly, to get that char crust on top, you need to set your oven to low broil and watch for the desired look at the top.
