The absolute best cheesecake I've ever made in my life.
I totally overcooked it, and the crust was burnt ๐
But it cooked beautifully otherwise, and it didn't crack (even if that's from burning it).
I've made this cheesecake 3 times now, and every time there were no leftovers!
As a side note, definitely use cinnamon crackers or at least add cinnamon to the crust. Not very flavorful otherwise.
