Beautifully crispy outside and super soft pillowy inside. The perfect combination! I've made it a few times and I've learned not to pre saute the garlic/oil mixture before adding it in to the dough. When it's cooking in the oven it over cooks and burns the garlic and herbs on top. Just make the dough and add in the fresh garlic and herbs and bake, also add lots more salt and sea salt on top before baking as someone suggested in the comments. It's great for sandwiches, pasta and to dip in oil/vinegar.
