I’ve made them many times already and they turn out perfect each time. I’m a very “add a little bit of this and touch of that” type person, so when it comes to salt and vanilla extract and the chocolates, I measure by eye. A big tip is to make your brown butter well in advance and let it cook down to room temp. It’s much easier than when I wing it in the hour that I make them 😅 I bake them for 10-12 minutes I believe, they will seem a little bit soft but trust in the baking that still happens when they are out of the oven.
