This was delicious! I swapped out ground beef for turkey and used fresh chopped carrots with the onions, no frozen veggies. I layered in cream style corn on the meat and veggies and then potatoes on top. I also used sour cream with a bit of potato stock instead on half and half, reduced to of half the butter. Best shepherd's pie, my husband loved it too! Definitely will make again.
