Very good for the speed. The chicken ratio is important. I used 2 lbs and it is not as saucy as I like.

I'm thinking about tweaking it a bit by using rotisserie chicken and baking the biscuits on top of the filling. Might work well as a dumpling base too, by covering and steaming drop biscuits on top of filling. The trick will be keeping the recipe this simple in spite of the tweaks. Yummy!
