It took much longer for the chicken to cook thoroughly. Next time I would slice the chicken. I also added sour cream along with the cheese, I was worried ot would be too water and spicy.

Did you put the chicken breast in whole or did you for Liam and a half that’s normally what I do when cooking skinless breast, cuts down on the cook time a lot

The first time, I put it in whole. Fileting chicken breast or just using chicken tenders works much better! And it is a family favorite!
