Used the mandolin to cut up the vegetables, as thin as I could get them! The trick is wrapping it nice.
For a fish sauce lover I put a bit more depending on your style of fish sauce. I used blue dragon which has a great flavour not too strong like red boat. Peanut sauce is a must!
