My absolute go to! If you follow instructions exactly you will 100% get a nice loaf of bread.
This bread is quite dense, moist and a bit bland. I add 1 tsp of salt instead of 1/2 to give it just a bit more taste but overall it's a great substitute for store bought bread.
To make it even tastier feel free to sprinkle any herbs (I usually add thyme or rosemary), a pinch of salt and some extra virgin olive oil just before putting a loaf in the oven.
Oh, and I have counted time - it takes only 12 minutes to cook dough for two loafs (including looking for a bowl, ingredients and distracting my pets from trying to steal anything from the table), then you just wait for the magic to happen.
