This is an excellent recipe. I used a Waring double waffle maker. The recipe made five large crisp on the outside, soft on the inside waffles. I would double the recipe if feeding more than five. Note… I made one batch using all purpose flour and another using Bobs Red Mill 1 to 1 GF flour. Both were excellent. Will definitely make again.
