REALLY GOOD!
I've never had a red curry dish before, I want sure what to expect.
For the sake of not knowing, I erred of the side of caution with the heat.
It was delicious! Nice blend of flavors and open to options.
Big thumbs up from hubby. Made enough for leftovers... should have made more. 😄
