This was a delicious meal. It takes a bit of work, but the results are a crowd pleaser. If making this as a family dinner I suggest making the chicken rolls the day before to shorten the prep time. Then you just have to make the sauce, bread the chicken, and fry. I used Gruyere and it was delicious. Next time I make the sauce I will cut the dijon by 25% and up the parmesan by 25%.
