It was ok, but not great. Calling it "creamy" feels like a bit of a stretch. Definitely make sure the bacon is crispy, or else everything is kind of the same texture. I'd also go easy on the parmesan, as the sauce itself is pretty bland. Next time I will try caramelizing the onions a bit to get some more flavor.
Also: don't let the pan sit for a while before washing it, or the old sour cream smells really nasty! :)
