This was a super simple and quick recipe like the title says. My favorite thing is that they have the perfect muffin texture, not dry at all.
I forgot to put the sugar on top and I think next time I would add that or a streusel on the top to make them a bit sweeter.
Edit- I made these at night to have for breakfast and by morning they were very dry, so maybe you just need to eat them right away? And I really needed to up the sugar because they aren’t very flavorful otherwise, even with the blueberries.
