This could quote possibly be the worst recipe I've ever made from here. The buffalo sauce was absolutely disgusting and such a waste of time to make. Had to use bbq sauce to coat so the cauliflower wasn't wasted as well. Didn't realize I needed to skin the zucchini so the ranch didn't turn out as well but I can possibly use that for something else. I did enjoy the fact the cassava flour was a good coating for the cauliflower and I would do that part again with different sauces. I was so very disappointed at how this turned out.
