This is suuuuch a yummy soup. Using ground beef in a soup made me cringe a little bit but I got over myself. Glad I did because it was very tasty. Served with a fresh rye boule. Also used a can of San Maranzo tomatoes because that’s what I had, and doubled the basil and oregano.
Perfect for cold days.
