I am totally willing to take the blame for this one - mine came out pretty bland. I think I would want to get a little more aggressive on the seasonings if I ever made this again, and I think this probably wants nutritional yeast or something added to solve the argument between my eyes and my tastebuds. It LOOKS like it should be cheesy and flavorful, and my tastebuds were disappointed. Also, the top got mushy when reheated; not the best option for meal prep and batch cooking. Just wasn’t the best option for me, I think.
