← Replies in Mango Sticky Rice Recipe

Even though I was afraid of cook time and the fact that I never tried steaming the rice (which I don't know how to properly cook anyways), the hardest thing was to slice a mango. How does one slice a mango at all.

Oh this is one of my absolute fave! How did it turn out for you? Best part here is the coconut milk soaked sticky rice. As for the mango, you dont have to worry about how it's sliced at all. Some even dice it and it won't change the taste. Now I'm craving! 😌

It tutned out great! I love it. Next time I will try with different type of rice as stated in recipe. I had long grain one in my pantry this time.
