This was really good. I was worried the wine flavor would be too overpowering. I used cheap cocobon wine and the flavor profile was perfect! I didn't have enough liquid and ended up under cooking the lentils but it was still yummy. The lentils were just a bit chewier. I also don't think the cheese is necessary but I certainly didn't mind it.
