Really enjoyed making this recipe as a student- was very quick and easy to make in the air fryer and pork chops are a fairly cheap meat to buy nowadays. I have already had this dish twice this week and made some for all of my housemates who also loved it. I paired them with some French friends & chargrilled veg to make a full meal
