← Replies in Overnight Focaccia Recipe

First time baking any kind of bread. Turned out looking like it should I think. After cooking I had to pick off all the sundried tomatoes because they burnt. Not sure why? How do you guys do it? The rest of it looks amazing. Haveing with dinner tonight.

Congrats on your first- ever bread, it looks great! Because sun dried tomatoes are quite concentrated with natural sugars they can absolutely burn on top of focaccia unfortunately. Most people opt to use halved cherry tomatoes which then roast, soften sweeten as the focaccia bakes.
