Photo doesn't make it look as good as it was 😝 really simple and quick to make, was absolutely delicious and served enough for my partner and I with leftovers. I added 120ml of sour cream instead of 80ml after reading some notes from others and it was perfectly creamy. 120ml is the way to go!
Very happy with this, a new go-to for sure and a real crowd pleaser.
Just a note for myself lol: when making for 7 use 1.5 tubs of sour cream.
