This sounded like it would be tasty and still relatively easy on my stomach for a pasta recipe, which granted it is so far, but I agree with another reviewer who said it was bland. I poached some chicken breasts to add in at the end and use for a couple other meals this weekend, but between the cherry tomatoes, corn, and balsamic vinegar, the sauce comes out a little weirdly sweet. I would definitely recommend subbing out at least the corn for something a little more savory and bulking out the flavor with some more spices and/or cheese, a little lemon might be nice. I'll eat the leftovers but probably wouldn't make this exact recipe again.
