I opted for peanut butter instead of tahini because I’m a huge peanut noodle fan. My main issue with this recipe was that the instructions were confusing and I think I ended up making it wrong. I’m a saucy person and my noodles came out super dry so next time I would just put a small amount of sauce in it and save the rest out to drizzle on top right before eating. That way the noodles don’t soak it all up. I also would do more edamame. I feel like it got lost in all the noodles. All in all though, the flavor is great!
