There is no separate mention of the quantities of olive oil required for roasting the veg and for the pesto. I had to use another recipe for the pesto. No instructions given for the to assembly of the dish. I just had to guess which was a bit hit and miss. The idea is good but the recipe instructions need refining which I have done.
