This is excellent. I did what one of the reviewers did and used 8oz cream cheese, 4 oz ricotta and 4 oz mascarpone. The filling was delicious even without real sugar but the crust was seriously good. Thank God for almond flour. I did not heed the warning of the recipe author and let it cool and then put it in the frig overnight then remove the collar and enjoy. I could not wait to I ate so before the frig and it was good and held it’s shape. BUT then had some in the morning after refrigerating and it was totally different and very, very, tastey!
