If making 4 servings we need to use our larger silver pan. Less Five spice, more vinegar, less Hoison. We added the Onion and snow peas. This is also a really fast cooking meal so make sure everything is ready to go. We also made it with Beef as well when the pork was not available.

Next time add rice wine vinegar, use entire head of cabbage, add bag of snow peas, add 1/2 tsp of msg to pork marinade, and double cornstarch for thickening.
