Used Phyllo pastry as every store OUT over Christmas! (I think better anyway as puff would seem to dense?)
Didn't use pecans as had made a Pecan pie for dessert. I think it needs them though.
I covered the top with store bought (Costco), cranberry sauce. I would add more next time if possible.
Use the lovely crackers pictured (albeit expensive!)
It was decadent and "evil" as my Mum would say :))
